You can never have too many chocolate recipes!
Love love love!
I am a chocolate lover and received this book as a gift. It has pictures that make you CRAVE chocolate. The recipes sound wonderful and I can't wait to try them (just not sure which one to make first)! It includes several tips too! Great book!
I just love dark chocolate so much and bought this book from chocolate factory shop with eating free samples of chocolate and, of course, walked out with buying more dark chocolates. Good book for dark chocolate lover. I just ordered one from amazon for my best friend, although she is not really chocolate person. Heyy everybody loves chocolate, she must too and you must too!!! (says who?? Me, since when?? Today) :)
The book came looking like new, and it came before I remembered I should be watching for it. The recipes are chocolate, so whats not to like? (smile) It is a softback, wipeable cover, half inch thick (or so) sturdy book. All in all, terrific.
This the first cookbook I have ever read. Only deep dark chocolate could tempt me. I love the descriptions of different types of chocolate and its history. However, sharpen Barger is not the best US chocolate. Wheat about Asheville Chocolate Fetish? And how can you leave out New York? Also Paris has so many more chocolatiers. Enjoyed wallowing in chocolate ecstasy, but think author should have done more research. Marked several recipes, but haven't tried yet. Would love to hear what other readers have to say.
This book has quite a lot of information for beginning cooks, but not much for experienced bakers. I was hoping for new ideas, but didn't find any.
