I'm still laughing about the description of Tyler as being a jerk jock. Cass definitely has her hands full with him, and I love the banter, and all the feels in this book. What starts out as enemies, morphs into something that had me swooning. I actually want to go back and read their story over and over again! Abigail Graham has written a great story, and I'm glad that I decided to give it a chance, and I think anyone that likes romances with "jerk jocks" should give this a go!
Abigail Graham does not disappoint with this college romance about Tyler and Cass. I loved the older woman/younger man aspect of this story as well as the other elements affecting their relationship throughout the book. And after reading this story we will all want our own Tyler and his all of his actions that swoon Cass right off her feet! This was a fast paced read that will keep your attention from start to finish.

Tyler used to be a drunken, womanizing jock. Then he discovered he's about to flunk out of college . He seriously considers straightening up. Then he meets uptight, stark, gruff Dr. Cassandra Mills and the challenge is on to become a new man.He can't throw out all his disgusting behaviors though because if he does, his reputation as a football jock will be ruined. And, everyone will figure out he's lusting after Dr. Mills.If it weren't for a snowstorm that allows him some free time with Doc, this story would have never ended up being written.There's a few real challenges to Tyler and Cassandra developing a relationship. Like the fact she's a professor and he's a student. Shes trying to get tenure so shes under a microscope already. She's divorced and doesn't want to lose custody of her daughter.Things got a lot rockier than I anticipated they would. Wow. Creative plot!Who would have thought police investigations, search warrants, mailing pornography, and job security could all be thrown at Cassandra?Tyler turns out to be a real gentleman and source of pride for himself, his Dad and Cassandra. Tyler's Dad is a real charmer and has a multitude of resources he's willing to use to smooth over all the trouble Cassandra and Tyler attract.Yep. I could not have anticipated the ending of this book and I was surprisingly thrown off on all that occurred and the unexpected twists that made it pleasing to read. So good.Cassandra is a professor at the University and Tyler is one of her students. Yes folks, an older woman/younger man romance but he is of legal age. Tyler was known as the man of the campus, a star football player and well known man whore. Failing most of his classes and on the verge of not graduating with his B.A., he is placed as Cassandra’s student in advising and managing his course requirements. Cassandra herself does not come from a stellar background and went through some wild days in her younger years. Both of them suffer from projecting facades that hide who they really are. While I like the fact that Tyler had more maturity and a growth in his thinking I believe that Cassandra could have waited until he graduated before having a relationship with him. With so much to lose can either get what they want without losing what’s important to them?I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

But when he meets his new academic advisor, all bets are off. Somewhere behind her unapproachable stance lays a wildcat, he's sure. But when she gets herself into a bit of trouble, he finds himself wanting to protect her. Will they ever find an even ground and become somewhat friends? Or will life keep throwing them both bad apples?Such a heartwarming story spun by a talented artiste. Well worth the read!I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily giving my honest opinion.
